Its indeed a great relief to the people of Kenya as well as
to the Governmnet of Kenya and the GEMA community as a whole to have yet
another case withdrawn. The International Criminal Court has since withdrawn
charges against President Uhuru Kenyatta. However, the court remains with two
cases; that of Deputy President William Ruto and Radio Presenter Joshua Arap
Sang. the prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, withdrew the case citing lack of adequate evidence to continue with the case.,
Leaders have congratulated the president and challenged him
to perform his duties. The opposition has now called on the president to solve
the issues facing the citizens with insecurity being top of the list.
